We absolutely love tucking into them with chopsticks, manga-style. And it has to be said, at Easy Sushi, they look absolutely delicious. Chirashi, of course, are made with salmon or tuna, marinated if you like, all delicately arranged on a comfortable bed of perfectly cooked vinegared rice. Despite the generous portions, we dare you not to finish them!
